Pineapple Macaroons

Assalamulaikum wbt.

Hi guys. You know what happens when the Ramadhan and Raya are approaching. Recipe books would be lying around everywhere. I found one nearby, and I can't resist to share with you a very simple recipe I found, not that I have tried it. So, very sorry for the lack of my own photos.

PINEAPPLE MACAROONS

4 egg whites
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 (8-oz) can crushed pineapple, well drained
4 cups coconut

1. Heat oven to 325degrees F. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper or grease and lightly flour.
2. In large bowl, beat egg whites until foamy. Gradually add sugar 1 tablespoon at a time, beating until stiff     peaks form.
3. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. Fold in flour and salt.
4. Stir in pineapple and coconut.
5. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto parchment -lined cookie sheets.
6. Bake at 325d F for 12 to 17 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
7. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets. Cool completely. 24 cookies.
